| The purpose of the Deacons Ministry of New Holly Light Missionary Baptist Church is to insure that members of the church family receive the care, support and life-encouragement needed to face today's challenges by offering a caring heart to any whom God brings its way. We are committed to serve the Lord by conducting the caring ministry of the church through the work of benevolence, visiting the sick, being alert to the spiritual needs of the congregation and by promoting unity within the church, thus freeing the Pastor to focus on prayer and the ministry of the Word, and facilitating the spread of the gospel.
